Owner & CEO Gary E. Rowe, is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of New York. With almost 30 years work experience in state and private business settings, Gary understands the tax and accounting needs of multi-million dollar programs, to small locally owned businesses. He has extensive knowledge of IRS and New York State Department of Taxation rules and regulations, SEC issues...and as a CPA is continuously learning the latest tax law changes.
