Mr. Rowe has served as the Vice-Chairman of the DIRT Motorsports Hall of Fame Selection Committee since the Committee was incepted.
Mr. Rowe has also served as a Gater Racing News columnist for the past 30 years, and as a regular presenter at the Annual Carquest MotorSports Expo held at the New York State Fairgrounds, Syracuse. His seminar entitled “Taxes and Racers”, focuses on tax laws and how they relate to the business of the racing industry…an industry which is rapidly growing here in New York State as well as across the United States. Mr. Rowe utilizes his specialized accounting knowledge to inform the participants how they can realize their potential for reducing their tax liability in the racing business.
In addition, Mr. Rowe was featured in the April 2006 issue of Speedway Illustrated Magazine.
